Jordan ManginiThis week on the podcast we talk to Salesforce Admin at Salesforce- Jordan Mangini. Jordan is a Senior Application analyst at Salesforce with a BS in Computer Science. Jordan talks us through his journey to Salesforce- hint: he loves math! As well as gives us some insight into how Salesforce manages user requests. The key takeaway here for Admins is this: you (admins) have a complete view of the system and the process- often users do not have the same view. Jordan walks us through how managing user requests often involves expanding the user’s understanding of the process and how their request fits in.
