About Davina Hanchuck

Davina is a Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator with 5+ Years on the platform,  and is the Tampa Bay User Group Co-Leader. She has experience with design, implementation, training and documentation of business processes across all departments as it relates to Salesforce. In addition she has worked with  marketing automation vendors, from implementation to go-live; including Hubspot, Act On and Vertical Response. Davina has previously wrote about How Salesforce Admins can command a seat at the table.
